The reality of education system

Basically we take education with the aim of establishing ourselves in a good place of livelihood. Every education is a work-based education that serves as a means of income, regardless of the duration of the education. The education that people take in the hope of getting a good job, does humanity develop in that education? Those who have not received formal education, they also work without certificates,  also make a difference by the certificates, practical experience does not require full formal education. The main principle of education is personality development and the actual picture is the opposite, i.e. education with the hope of getting departmental jobs. A person who takes education to achieve his own interests, how can he protect the interests of others. What will be the use of those thousands of certificates that certificates cannot stand by the elderly parents in times of danger. A person who does not learn from death will learn from what other stimulus? He who can consider good and bad and give up his own interests can be educated. Education that does not develop personality cannot be the education of humanity. If my interests are achieved at the expense of others, then that is not an achievement, it is cheating. If the education I have received is not through the learning of others, then I must feel that I have not attained the principle of education. Every curriculum is sector-based, every facilitator is sector-based, every organisation is sector-based, work-based, sector-based education is depriving itself of all incentives to learn, thereby growing in isolation, unable to compare itself with different areas and consider the pros and cons, because he has no knowledge other than the specific sector. While the competition is busy occupying the education space, the business of educational materials is moving at a brisk pace. Humans love natural attention when they do whatever it takes to get or maintain or increase attention while doing something to get attention where the real meaning is silently lost. And nowadays attention has become very cheap and people are paying attention where they are having fun. A person who forgets conscience in the pursuit of emotions cannot be educated. Because education that does not ensure its proper use of conscience cannot be a good education. If people do not weep with joy at the beauty of your education, then you are better off not being educated.
