I want to grow up?

Why do I want to grow up?  For money, or to gain fame, or to develop personality, there were, are, and will be many big rich people in this world but none will remain, only their work history will remain.  Work will be as their personality will be.  There are many people who gain fame with money and some gain it with their intelligence.  Reputation lasts as long as the person lives.  On the other hand, the fame or reputation that is acquired by personality lasts for a long time. How will I develop personality when I grow up?  If I am the head of the family, can I clean the house, wash clothes if necessary, cook if necessary, market if necessary and many other small tasks?  If I am the head of the society, can I sit and eat with the people of the lower class of the society?  Can I do agricultural work? Can I resist injustice done by my family?  Can I work for society as a worker?  Can I forget my own interests and work for society?  Can I live like a traveller?  If I am the head of the union, can I sweep the union building? Can I personally carry the relief goods to the recipient?  Can I personally attend and inquire about all the families covered by the union?  Can I mentally turn to stone while ensuring the correct judgement?  Can I continue with my earnings without taking salary from the union office? 

If I am the head of the sub-district, can I conduct undercover observation in all the offices under the area?  Can I stay up at night and take care of various tasks in disguise?  Can I ensure a crime-free environment?  Can I form such a team if I am the head of the district?  From whom no work of the area can be hidden.  Can I be such that everyone is equal to me when it comes to asserting rights?  Can I shape the whole area as a body?  So that whatever happens anywhere will be felt at the head office.  If I am the head of the department, can I live like a pedestrian?  May I be in the thoughts of every person in the area.  If I am a minister, can I be the destroyer of all evils and the giver of all good works?  If I am the Prime Minister or the President, can I be the cause of laughter for good people and tears for bad people?  Can I be the guide of all kinds of goodness and the destroyer of injustice?  Can I eat one meal and not eat another meal?  Can I be the receiving box of every human complaint?  Can I be helpful in alleviating the suffering of every human being and promoting peace?  Can I do work that makes people cry with joy?  Can I be every man's mentor?  Can I make every man crazy to be an honest man?  Can I turn every human being into a good working machine?  Can I create an environment where everyone competes with each other to be better than everyone else?
